We are thrilled to announce that a Multiminded project has been selected for Northern Film and Media’s Big Society Big Business digital scheme. It had previously been one of ten shortlisted. Drawing on the industry expertise of Peter Cowley, CEO of Spirit Media and former MD of Digital Media at Endemol, and working in partnership with Sunderland City Council, Ewan Mcintosh and Northern Film & Media were looking to help develop the strongest web, mobile and interactive ideas about how to make the world a better place. Ideas had to be from the North East but with global reach.

We have just been filming the first multinational ping pong/clubbing event Pongress Berlin. What an incredible place. Highlights of the trip included being allowed to film at the extraordinary Jewish Memorial, finding ourselves in a packed metro train in the early hours of the morning surrounded by zombies (it was Halloween!) and celebrating some lovely news about two of the stars of our documentary. When we we arrived at our main filming venue the first thing we saw was a one of a kind ping pong table. See Ping Pong for further details. If only we could have brought it home...
